A Public Announcement: these Pulled Brisket Sliders will only be available at Mighty Quinn's PH until July 15
HUNGRY and craving for an intense manly eats on the go? Well, if you are a fan of Mighty Quinn's Slow Smoked Barbeque, then you gotta try these Pulled Brisket Sliders, which is only available until the 15th of June. It's been awhile since I last visited Mighty Quinn's PH after that the-bus-driver-thought-I-was-pregnant incident, which happened shortly when I tried Mighty Quinn's PH a few months ago. My full stomach was an indication that MQ is a huge win for me, so that hilarous bus scene was on top my mind when I stepped inside the restaurant.
These Pulled Brisket Sliders are made with their signature smoked brisket, but this one is more drenched in their signature barbeque sauce, and then topped with sweet onions, pickles and cabbage. All these are stuffed inside a soft brioche bun, packed neatly in a take out box and served with mildly salted sweet potato chips.
Take note, these are sliderS, which means there are two in one order, and only costs Php149. A real deal for the hungry carnivore, I must say!
This is great anytime of the day, but a lot of people are currently getting this for lunch, considering that it's super duper affordable and perfect for the ortigas business district employee. It's also great for people who would like to eat something different, say, if you are planning to watch a movie at SM Megamall, as the packaging converts from a dine-in plate to a takeaway box in no time.
As for me, it's best with either your favorite Ginger Iced Tea or a cold bottle of craft beer which is also readily available at MQ.
And to think that sliders are actually meant as smaller. These sliders, though, were different. One is just too filling to begin with!
I was too hesitant to finish the whole thing , even though it was naturally okay for me to finish it, plus I felt that my clothes were bigger at that time -- which means no preggy looking physique for me. But one order was actually too much for me already. It's perfect to share with a fellow Tita of Manila, perhaps, if we're not in the mood for Xiao Long Baos downstairs, so the size of these sliders is just astounding!
