In Photos: TORCH Opens at Bonifacio Global City
With more restaurants sprouting almost every week in Bonifacio Global City, you'd always encounter someone familiar, such as Torch, which is known for offering international fusion dishes and drinks that has gained a huge following. And from their first branch in San Juan, they now have a total of six stores to date (including two in Quezon City, two in Makati, one in BGC, and one in Alabang) and continues to give a new dimension on your hefty appetites.
The best thing about Torch's BGC branch is their extended business hours, with kitchens closing in as late (or rather early?) as 2AM, which goes well with their revamped bar menu and a great selection of beer, fine wines and cocktails. This includes a well-worth Wine-All-You-Can promo, where you can avail of great Chilean wines from Tocornal and Terranoble for only Php400.00 and is available from 6PM to 12MN on Mondays to Thursdays!
That means something more for those working within the BGC area especially on days where instead of getting stuck in traffic, you instead enjoy the night with good food and drinks all day until the wee hours of the morning!
I had the chance to join the festivities during Torch's official opening night while I enjoyed some of their bestsellers:
Cheesy, creamy, delicious Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (Php369.95) while I sip on their famous Dragon Sangria - a light and fruity concoction of lime, chamdor and chardonnay with spiked with apples, watermelon, strawberry, dragon fruit and lemons!
