Kushikatsu recipe
Ingredients
-1 medium onion-1 lb pork
-2 sweet potatoes
-2 green onion
-1 eggplant
-1 block of cheese
-Panko
-1/4 cup flour
-2 beaten eggs
-20 bamboo skewers
-Panko

-tonkatsu sauce
-salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cut the meat and vegetables into bite size for skewing with the bamboo sticks
- Boil sweet potatoes until they are soft
- Stick vegetables and cheese on sticks separately
- Stick pork with green onion on the sticks and add salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle flour on both sides of the skewers then dredge in egg then cover with Panko.
- Deep fry ingredients until golden brown (about 3 minutes on each side)
- Transfer to a plate or platter covered with paper towels to soak up the oil
- Serve with tonkatsu sauce for dipping
