I saw some magazine that called this a "butt lifting" smoothie recipe...
Strange name, but tastes great! I changed the name a little...
It's great for keeping in shape or changing your shape if you want to loose weight!
Shape Shifting Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 orange
1 banana
1/3cup(80cc) soy or nut milk
Directions
1. Squeeze the grapefruit and orange.
2.Add all ingredients in the mixer and mix well.
3.Pour into your cup and enjoy!
It's really tasty!
