Day 2 of Olive Oil

Below are the methods on how to prepare today's meal:

(1) Sauteed the onions, garlic till fragrant in olive oil.
(2) Then add in potatoes and stir for a few minutes.
(3) Then add in minced chicken and stir well for another 3 minutes.
(4) Add water.
(5) Let it boiled and simmer till the potatoes are tender.
(6) Once most of the water is evaporated, add in spinach and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
(7) Blend or mash to the desired consistency.

Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breakfast (cereal, scrambled eggs etc)
Noon (12 pm to 1pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2.30pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (6pm to 7pm): Dinner
Night (after 7pm): Some fruit snacks & breastmilk as and when needed

Allergy Reaction:
No allergy was observed

Texture of Food:
Back to blended food

Amount of Food:
1/2 teaspoon of garlic + 1 teaspoon of chopped onions + 1 1/2 medium size potatoes chopped into dice + 1 tablespoon of minced chicken +1 tablespoon of spinach + 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 300ml of water

Baby reaction:
He loves his potatoes with spinach stew.

Notes:
For vegetarian babies, you can add toufu instead of chicken and omit the garlic and onions. Instead of using water, you may wish to use homemade vegetable stock instead to enhance the taste.
