Day 1 of Baked Pasta with Minced Chicken
Today's menu will be Baked Pasta with Minced Chicken. Below are the methods on how to prepare today's meal:
(1) Fry garlic till golden brown with butter. Add in the minced chicken, tomato, carrot, broccoli and button mushroom. Stir well and till meat is cooked. (This is called the mince mixture)
(2) Boiled the pasta until cooked
(3) Place the pasta in a large deep retangular heatproof baking dish or casserole dish. Add parmesan and cheddar cheese and 1/2 of mince mixture. Mix well.
(4) Add the rest of the minced mixture at the top and pour the egg that has been whisked with rice flour still smooth over the minced toppings.
(5) Place the dish into oven and bake at 180 deg cel for 15-20 minutes.
(6) Mash or blend to desired consistency, you can add a little bit of baby's milk or warm water.
If you don't have an oven, just mix the pasta with the cooked mince mixture. You don't have to add the whisk egg with rice flour.
This recipe is great for the whole family. If you wish to add any seasoning, take out baby's portion first.

Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (5pm to 6pm): Dinner & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk
