New location: The Perfect Pint is now in Greenbelt 2, Makati!
Craft beer lovers, guess who just moved from BGC to Makati?
The Perfect Pint, from its original location in Bonifacio Global City, decided to close its doors a few months ago, but there's no reason to fret anymore. All you have to do it just cross EDSA and visit them at Greenbelt 2 in Makati. It's situated along that area that's near my other favorite restaurants such as Sugi, Chihuahua and Conti's.
The newly renovated spot fits perfectly with The Perfect Pint's requirements. This high ceiling bar is cozy and appeals very much to beer lovers like me!
I'm not entirely sure if the shirts displayed are for sale, but they sure are a wonderful addition to the beer-themed interiors at The Perfect Pint.
They also have a space for acoustic sets, which are scheduled a few nights a week. Check out their Facebook page or you may go directly at The Perfect Pint to see who's performing!
Witty quotes and statements abound at the second floor. Yes, that means more seating capacity! My office is no near The Perfect Pint and I would highly recommend this as a perfect venue for company parties. AHUH. I can already imagine it!
Oh, and by the way, they even managed to put their actual brewery on the second floor. That means you get the freshest batch of beers when you visit!
Awesome.
Thanks to my loves Pepe Samson (of pepesamson.com), I even got inside the brewery to check it out! The smell of yeast fermenting along with the wheat and hops may be a bit weird for some, but for us, it was just invigorating!

Such a cool way of installing the beer taps on the walls! Each kind of beer displays their respective ABVs (alcohol by volume) and IBUs (International Business Units).
Some of the beers that I've tried during my recent visit include the following:
Coco Loco (Porter) with 6.2 ABV and 42 IBU
Sunburst Saison with 8.4 ABV and 93 IBU
Wisdom of Crowds (IPA) with 6.4 ABV and 64 IBU
Evolve Sour Haze with 5.6 ABV and 87 IBU
I admit I am more of a drinker than a beer enthusiast, so let's keep the serious beer reviews to the experts. Meantime, beer wouldn't be complete without having a bite of The Perfect Pint's excellent dishes!
Like this perfect, perfect Beef Salpicao with toasted baguettes. Yum!
My friend had the Steak and Eggs, and told me that he'd be happy to order it again once he comes back to The Perfect Pint.
But the best news we got was that BRUNCH IS NOW AVAILABLE at The Perfect Pint! Finally, we get to try something new here in Makati! Choices include:
Eggplant Omelette with Garlic Rice
Longganiza Bonanza
American Breakfast
The Surf & Turf Platter (for sharing) isn't really part of the Brunch specials, but deserve some loving anyway! It's a delicious smorgasbord of super tender sweet and savory ribs, fresh grilled prawns and corn, steel cut fries and coleslaw. A simply irresistible dish for the beer lover in you!
Wait, what? The Perfect Pint serves pancakes too?
YUP!
This Mixed Berry Pancakes with Fruits is the perfect way to start your day!
And make sure to try my personal favorite -- Choco Chip Pancakes with Banana Flambé!
