A new branch plus new items at Genki Sushi Philippines!
After less than two years since they introduced and delivered your Japanese favorites aboard their famous Kousoku Express Train System to your table, Genki Sushi Philippines finally opened their 4th branch to date at the same area where their flagship store is located.

Aside from their first store in Bonifacio Stopover, UP Town Center and Ayala 30th, check out their new store at SM Aura, Taguig City!
It's one of those cute Japanese restos with an online interactive feature of ordering items using designated touchscreens, which goes straight to their kitchen and minutes later, you get your order delivered by the mini trains traveling on the side of the dining tables. The service is inspired by the Shinkansen bullet train, which is programmed to slow down upon reaching the diner's table.
Kids just love eating at Genki Sushi Philippines, complete with cute Hello Kitty plates and all-you-can-drink cold Matcha. You can even view your running bill while you're eating here, so you surely don't need to worry if you're dining on a budget.

With a new store comes new items that are already available in their stores, and more coming real soon! Here is an exclusive peek on what's new:
Fried Salmon Skin
Breaded salmon skin pieces are fried to a crisp and served with a spritz of lemon. Make sure you try this before you proceed with your sushi faves. Yum!
Coconut Shrimps
Shrimps, breaded in coconut and deep fried to perfection. It's different, but so good!
Kushi-Age
A variety of skewered, breaded and fried foods made from fish, shrimp, etc.

Sushi Trios are also available in 4 new selections real soon! What's great about this is that it gives people the chance to try their favorites in one plate instead of ordering separate plates of each kind. Perfect if you're just having lunch by yourself. Yes, because I'm an introvert sometimes and I have those kinds of moments too, you know :)

Personally, Genki Sushi is my safe haven for all things salmon. Aside from their just-too-awesome Php90 Salmon Sushi (two pieces! so affords!), they also serve the freshest Salmon Sashimi, which, when I order, is gone in sixty seconds, people. And I mean poof, GONE!

But it you LOVE salmon that much, I highly suggest the Salmon Belly Sashimi. Yummers. This is so good and so rich. It's buttery and I need this in my life.

And for dessert, something new and sweet are also available. The Vanilla and Strawberry Mille Crepes are amazing especially with ice cream; the Caramel Mochi is an oozingly sweet and sticky treat; and my favorite is the Citrus Roll Cakes! Very lemony and sweet and not so "nakakaumay" because these are served in bite sized pieces, just the way I like my desserts...small and cute!
