Korea – Vietnam night in Danang

"Korea–Vietnam Night in Danang" was jointly organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam, by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam, and by the People’s Committee of Danang City.

At 7 p.m. on March 10, 2017, on a stage at the East Sea Park, on the Son Tra Peninsula in Danang the event started. Danang is a safe, clean, friendly and attractive destination for tourists. It’s also the most civilized city in Vietnam. Korean tourists comprise the second largest number of foreign tourist arrivals in Danang.

As part of activities to mark the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, “Korea–Vietnam Night” is a harmonious combination of traditional and contemporary Korean art, together with typical artistic performances from Danang, with attractive performances by Sachoom, Bibap and Korea’s World Music Assemble One, and by the Nguyen Hien Dinh “Tuong” Theater.

The event is really popular with both locals and tourists.

“Hat Tuong” is an interesting performance of Vietnamese artists from the Nguyen Hien Dinh "Tuong" theater.

A 'Tuong' is a traditional Vietnamese musical performance. The Nguyen Hien Dinh "Tuong" theater was formerly military generals, established on July 21, 1967. Now, however, it has become the main theater troupe for Danang.

The Korean performance troupes Sachoom and Bibap have come to Vietnam many times. Last year, two groups came to Hanoi and received love from the people. Both are a group of Korean popular non-verbal performers who perform fascinating dances and comedies.
