Ibiza Beach Club, for those who are not aware, was conceived by Manny O., chairman of the Manny O. Group. This is first franchise after opening their the original Ibiza Beach Club at the Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, bringing its flagship to the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig at the 6th level of the new W City Centre along 7th Avenue.
With a mixture of sophisticated sections inside the establishment complete with plush seats, relazxing lounges, water elements and a first class dining area, it also features D&B Audiotechnik, dubbed as the Ferrari of sound equipment in the industry to date.
With the elements of ambiance, music, entertainment and dining, Ibiza Beach club is set to become one of the best lifestyle dining places in Manila this year. And what better way to experience Ibiza Beach Club than a sumptuous lunch with The KTG! It's actually my first time to spend time with my foodie friends after a few weeks off, handling some work and recent travel (which I will be writing about real soon).
THE SIGNATURE 15-COURSE BALEARIC GRILL
Since we are all equipped to handle hearty feasts, we had the Signature Balearic Grill, which is actually a churrasco lunch with generous and unlimited servings of meats, fish, chicken.
This costs Php2,500.00 per person with a choice of unlimited serving of Red and White Manny O. Wines for an additional Php600.00
Every dish is cooked and served when you want it and as much as you can have it. But before that, it begins with a choice of a carbohydrates or you can also simply help yourself at the Salad Bar.
Thinking that I will be eating A LOT for the next couple of hours, at least there's a good amount of vegatables to balance out my protein intake.
A few minutes later, I started seeing the servers go around our very long table, eager to take a piece of meat from the long metal skewers that they were holding, as the other guests enjoy the rest of our time catching up with each other. I, on the other hand, worked around a few choices instead. But here is a complete list of what's being offered in the 15-course grill (you can see the photos below):
Seafood: Rock Lobster (Seasonal) or Salmon, Jumbo Prawns, Calamari, Catch of the Day
Meat: Fillet Mignon (U.S Angus), Ribeye (U.S Angus), Beef Ribs, Lamb Chops, Leg of Lamb, Chicken Thigh, Pork Belly, Baby Back Ribs, Ostrich

Bonus: make sure you end your meal with scoops of Movenpick Ice Cream! My favorite is the Pistachio. Delicious!
Ibiza Beach Club is open lunch from 11:00AM to 2:30PM on Mondays to Fridays and 11:00AM to 3:00PM on Saturdays and Sundays. For dinner, they are open from 5:00PM to 1:00AM on Sunday to Thursdays and 5:00PM to 3:00AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
