Crimson Hotel Filinvest City is taking us to a journey to Vietnam as three guest chefs are currently showcasing at the show kitchen of Café 8 from March 10 – 18, 2017 as they prepare a lavish feast of entrees and desserts that represent Vietnam’s unique and diverse gastronomy.
Diners can take their taste buds on a culinary journey and explore the delicious and healthy flavours of Vietnamese cuisine without leaving Metro Manila. World-renowned dishes such as Fried Tofu, Banh Mi, Fresh Spring Roll, Vietnamese Pho, Crab Noodle Soup and more will be featured in the selection.
