Just recently, I stayed there with the KTG and had a blast!

Another thing to look forward to at F1 Hotel Manila is their food, and much to our surprise, we are very happy to be introduced to Chef Decker Gokioco as the new Head Chef at their flagship F1 All Day Dining Restaurant.

And the Stuffed Lechon Belly Kare Kare is amazing! It's deconstructed Kare Kare on a whole new level!

And my oh my, I fell in love with this Yema Tart so fast that it almost breaked my heart when I finished it! Imagine Yema....sweet and sticky, enveloped within a tart crust and topped with cream! It's rich and fatty and I don't care about diet now so I'm making the most of my cheat holiday hehe!

And it tastes amazing too! Juicy, tender and with just th right amount of fat and skin, every mouthful is just wow!
I decided not to put the videos of what happened during the rest of that night, but we did enjoy a night of karaoke (and a supposedly movie night but we all opted for the karaoke so yeah hahaha) - but you can check out my Instagram account to see the crazy things that we did!
Fast forward to the next morning, I was greeted with a hefty platter of Bacon at their breakfast buffet and my day was complete!
Say hello to my first plate: pancakes, sausages and ham, danggit, made-to order omelette, cheese and more of that bacon!
Taking a dip at any of their three swimming pools after breakfast is the way to go. Or maybe hitting the gym is more of your option. Whatever you choose, both facilities are accessible at F1 Hotel Manila!
But I'd rather relax with my glass of milk, look at the scenic views of Manila, and enjoy the morning breeze at the patio at F1 Hotel. It's not just any hotel, it's truly the home of happy experiences!
