Butternut Muffins(No sugar, butter, milk)
Butternut Squash Muffins
I made butternut muffins the other day. I didn't use sugar, butter or milk, so they are good for babies, too. Surprisingly, they were really moist and soft.
Butternut Squash
(Cucurbitaceae Cucurbita)
Here is the Recipe...
Ingredients
○1cup(less) flour(120g)
○1 1/2tsp baking powder
○pinch of salt
1/4 mashed, cooked butternut(120g)
●5 tbs soy milk
●3 tbs agave syrup
●1.5 tbs vegetable oil
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
2.Blend dry ingredients(○) first in a large bowl.
Blend all liquid ingredients(●) well in a medium bowl
Stir in butternut mix.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients
3.Spoon batter into well greased muffin cups.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes about 6 muffins.
