Day 4 of Olive Oil
Below are the methods on how to prepare today's meal:
(1) Sauteed the onions, garlic till fragrant.
(2) Then add the carrots, button mushrooms, potato, rice and stir well.
(3) Add water and let it boiled and then add in the sliced fish. Cook till the rice is cooked.
(4) Then add spinach and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes
(5) Blend or mash to the desired consistency.
Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breakfast (cereal, scrambled eggs etc)
Noon (12 pm to 1pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2.30pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree/snack & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (6pm to 7pm): Dinner
Night (after 7pm): Some fruit snacks & breastmilk as and when needed
Allergy Reaction:
No allergy was observed

1/2 teaspoon of garlic + 1 teaspoon of chopped onions + 1 baby carrot + 1 tablespoon of potatoes + 1 tablespoon of sliced fish + 2 1/2 tablespoons of rice (brown + white) + 1 tablespoon of button mushroom + 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 1 tablespoon of spinach + a sprinkle of white pepper
